Love Comes Knockin' Tour

Spectres of Love hit the road again in February for the Love Comes Knockin’ tour in support of their debut Mancave EP, which was produced by Myles Mumford in Dec 2016 at Rolling Stock Recording Room in Melbourne. The tour kicks off at Marrickville Bowling Club in Sydney on SAT 11 FEB with special guests Steve Kilbey (The Church) and Lindsay ‘The Doctor’ McDougall (Double J, Frenzel Rhomb); St Kilda Festival (day) and The Old Bar (night) in Melbourne on SUN 12 FEB; and headlining the Canberra Fringe Festival opening night party in Civic on SAT 18 FEB.

Spectres of Love will usher you into a world of lonesome outsiders, haunted dreamers and sexually charged rock'n'roll. Denizens of dark romance and filmic atmos, thrown together by a shared lust for primal swamp and garage rock, doo wop, gospel blues and 60s pop. This new trio features Mikelangelo (Mikelangelo and the Black Sea Gentlemen, Mikelangelo and the Tin Star) on lead vocals and electric guitar; MD (El Dinero) on bass & vocals and AJ True (Zombie Ghost Train) on drums & vocals.

You can hear the new track Love Comes Knockin' on Soundcloud. Listen on repeat and you'll discover dance moves you did not think were possible in the comfort of your own home.

Let the love in begin!
